Thank you for visiting MCP-Distributions! We have over 16 years of combined warehousing and direct wholesale experience, we strive to provide the most competitive pricing online with the fastest shipping times. We are not a drop shipper, all items are in stock and ready to ship!

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days, from our San Marcos, CA (San Diego, CA area) location. Either via UPS Ground (1 Day - Small products) or Freight Courier (2 Days - Larger/Heavier products). If you have any questions about shipping, warranty info or more info on our products, then feel free to send us an question via the contact link.

**NOTE: some remote and far away addresses (Long Island NY, FL, MN, MN, etc.) will have a shipping surcharge due to increasing shipping prices!**

We can only ship these products within the Mainland/Continental U.S.A., we do not ship to P.O. Box's, AK, HI, PR, or FPO's/APO's. Nor do not have any Expedited Shipping Services.

Free shipping is standard for all of our products we sell, though some areas off the mainland USA such as the Florida Keys or other islands may not include Free Shipping and will incur an extra shipping charge.

We also cannot currently ship any of the Hydrotherapy Bathtubs (Wood or Acrylic) we sell to the state of New York or other states that have strict bathtub laws requiring UL/UPC/cUPC certifications on the tubs. All freight that ships to any address location in Long Island, NY will have an fee of $50. Also, their will be a $45 Residential Delivery fee, that we will collect via PayPal, for all orders shipped to a residential location/address for the Refrigerators, Freezers, Combo Fridge/Freezers, and Log Splitters.
