We are NOT a drop shipper, all items are in stock and ready to ship! All our orders are physically shipped from our warehouse. This way we can guarantee accurate ship times and quality control over our inventory.

We can only ship these products within the Mainland/Continental U.S.A., we do not ship to P.O. Box's, AK, HI, PR, or FPO's/APO's. Nor do not have any Expedited Shipping Services.

Free shipping is standard for all of our products we sell, though some areas off the mainland USA such as the Florida Keys or other islands may not include Free Shipping and will incur an extra shipping charge.
*** Some areas in NY, FL, remote areas or hard to reach areas will have a freight surcharge. We will call prior to shipping if any problem.***

**NOTE: some remote and far away addresses (Long Island NY, FL, MN, MN, etc.) will have a shipping surcharge due to increasing shipping prices!**

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days, from our San Marcos, CA (San Diego, CA area) location. Either via UPS Ground (1 Day - Small products) USPS Mail, (1 to 2 Business Days - Dixell Thermostats) or Freight Courier (2 Days - Larger/Heavier products). Heavy/Large freight (sauna/bathtub/etc.) that ships to any address location in Long Island, NY will have an fee of $200. Also, their will be a $45 Residential Delivery fee, that we will collect via PayPal, for all orders shipped to a residential location/address for the Refrigerators, Freezers, Combo Fridge/Freezers, and Log Splitters.

** We cannot currently ship any of the Hydrotherapy Bathtubs we sell to the state of New York or other states that have strict bathtub laws requiring UL/UPC/cUPC certifications on the tubs; licensing contract for the Aquariums in NY ONLY. Please check with us before placing an order to ensure any local code enforcement will require UL/UPC/cUPC.

Nor can we ship the Red Cedar or Pine Barrel Saunas to the state of New York either, due to a license agreement between our factory and a local NY dealer.**

We do have a local store you can visit in the Vista, CA area, that you can visit to look up close at our products we have for sale and can do a pickup on an order to save $ on shipping; just ask about this if picking up locally in Vista, CA.
